Blue Gem is your new found holiday home in Sawtell. Situated perfectly within a quiet street it is with only a short stroll to Sawtell Village. Leave your car in the carport and walk to absolutely everything that this unique town has to offer!
This large apartment boasts two large bedrooms and is fitted with quality furnishings and linen throughout. The owners have truly thought of everything you need for a relaxing stay. Spacious open plan living area with flat screen TV, air con, comfy couches and NBN internet access. The fully appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove top and oven, along with plenty of utensils and crockery to make meal-time a breeze.
There is a bathroom and laundry equipped with washing machine and clotheshorse for your convenience. Undercover carport for one with plenty of on-street parking. A moments’ walk from the historic Cinema, classic cafes, RSL, Sawtell Hotel and shopping outlets. Approximately a 5 minute walk to the beach, this location just does not get any better!
