Welcome to one of the second level apartments in our Retro Rainbow Herb River Hideaway with a short walk to dock and river access! located roughly 8 miles from downtown Savannah! Our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit was recently updated with everything you need to feel "at home." A scenic 30 minute drive will take you to Tybee Island where you can enjoy our beautiful beach and if you get hungry, Pearls Saltwater Grill is within walking distance! We hope to host you!
NOTE: Please pardon our construction as our other units are currently still undergoing renovations. Its nothing major and should not interfere with your stay.
When you arrive at our home you will be greeted with a set of stairs taking you to the upper level apartment. Our neighborhood shouts southern style Savannah. Our home sits near the marsh that meets the Herb River. Enjoy breezy nights and mature trees dripping in Spanish Moss. Please make sure you take the quick scenic walk to have dinner at Pearl's Salt Water Cafe. Its a favorite of the locals and serves up delicious food with a gorgeous view.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,"(1) MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
  • (2) NO SMOKING: If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities.
  • (3) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval.
  • (4) QUIET HOURS. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology.
  • (5) DAMAGE: You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
  • (6) TRASH: Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
  • (7) RELEASE: If an issue arises and guests request a refund, we will require guests to agree to a release before issuing a refund.
  • (8) PET POLICY: Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard.
  • (9) POOL / HOT TUB / DOCK: Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury or death.
