Villa Theodore is run by the owner’s family, offering great hospitality. The location is really quiet and the villa is surrounded by natural environment. As a result, an undeniably enjoyable environment is offered to our guests. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with en suite bathroom, air conditioning. The rooms upstairs have an amazing view to both the pool and the beach. Downstairs, there is a living room, a kitchen, a small WC and two bedrooms. Furthermore, upstairs, there is an unique infinitive pool with view directly to the sea. The balcony which connects the two bedrooms upstairs, is huge. All these spaces have unique style, beauty and luxury. Last but not least, The sandy beach of Gardenos with crystal, clear water is only 70 m far away from Villa Theodore.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
