Villa Sibylla is an independent holiday residence with stunning views, part of a complex of villas in Elounda in the island of Crete. It was built late in 2009, in a traditional style and combine bright earthly colors with natural stone (the local stone of Elounda, collected during the building excavations), handcrafted by local and foreign craftsmen. Elounda is a slow paced, picturesque, fishing village, blending ancient memories with contemporary living and mouth-watering Cretan gastronomy with crystal clear secluded beaches and warm hearted local people. Its small harbor with its traditionally painted boats is surrounded by shops, taverns and cafes where you can sit and gaze a slow paced world, going by. Closest sandy beach to the villa is in Elounda, only 2km away, a pleasant five minute-drive. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
