City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.** ** SECURITY HOLD IS $750 AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND RETURNED ON CHECKOUT DAY POST INSPECTION FOR DAMAGES** * PET FRIENDLY - - IF APPROVED - Pets: $75 per pet / max: 2 * The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. * There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost is $99/night. * The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles. **NO CANCELLATIONS DURING HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS** - OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS: The safety of our guests is always our highest priority. Ensured the overall health, safety and quality of each property with routine preventative maintenance, including testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers. EPA-registered cleaning products All our products meet EPA’s (Environmental Protection Agency) criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19 Trained Professionals Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft. Proper PPE Usage All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery. Re-washed Dinnerware Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals. We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
