Après Lodge is a perfect blend of old-world luxury and modern-day comfort. This 12-bedroom castle is only 15 minutes from the ski lifts and downtown Ketchum. Located on nine acres with picturesque mountain views, ponds, a fountain, and plenty of room for your tent and dance floor, this is the ideal place for weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, and other events! Inside the grand entry is a large living area around a stone fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the backyard. The large commercial kitchen has everything you need to create gourmet meals - 2 Wolf gas ranges, 2 ovens, a warming oven, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, and a 75-inch flat-screen TV. Surrounding the kitchen is a bar with seats for 14. The dining area is spacious with windows on all sides, a table for up to 12 guests, and a 45-inch flat-screen TV.
The primary bedroom is off the living room and offers a King bed, gas fireplace, 55-inch flat-screen TV, and access to the deck. The spacious ensuite bath has a 2-sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, a separate shower, two toilets, and a large walk-in closet. Outside this room is a spiral staircase leading up to the turret with built-in seating and 365-degree views of the Valley.
Downstairs from the living room is a media room with a 75-inch flat-screen TV and a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer. There are 4 more bedrooms on this level. Three have King beds and one has a Queen bed. Each of these rooms has a 36-inch flat-screen TV and access to the outdoor patio and backyard. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite full-size bath with a 2-sink vanity and combo shower/tub. Two more bathrooms with showers are accessible from the hallway.
Back upstairs on the main level, a hallway leads to the North wing of the home. In the hallway is a half bath. The first room you come to is the sunken game room with a pool table, a sitting area with a 75-inch flat-screen TV, and a wet bar. There is access to the deck area with a hot tub. Past this room is the Hemingway Library with a gas fireplace to relax, play games, or read a book. As you continue down the hallway, there is a half bath, a full-size bathroom with a shower and steam room, a locker room, and a large gym. The gym has state-of-the-art workout machines, weights, yoga equipment, 2 TVs, and many windows with backyard views.
Upstairs on the second floor in the north wing, you come to a gaming room with 2 TVs next to each other for gaming and another TV for watching TV. Off this room is a small bedroom with a twin bed. Next is the kids’ room with an air-hockey table, 3 twin-size built-in beds, and a double bed. This area has access to two full-size baths, one with a double vanity and a shower, the other with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Past this is a large study with a gas fireplace, leading into an office area with a built-in wrap-around desk and access to a deck area. Down the hall are 4 more bedrooms. Two have King beds, 36-inch flat-screen TVs, and walk-in closets. The ensuite baths have 2 sink vanities and walk-in showers. Another bedroom has a King bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a single sink vanity and shower. The last room has a King bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bath has a 2-sink vanity and a shower. There is another half bath in the hallway. At the other end of this level is a full-size kitchen with a dining table for 6 and a large sitting room with a gas fireplace, a 45-inch flat-screen TV, another laundry room, and access to a deck.
On the lowest level, down a stone staircase, is a card room, a wine cellar, a secret speakeasy entrance from the backyard, and a half bath.
