BEDROOM:
Your bedroom features a queen-sized bed with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. There is ample wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash.
KITCHEN:
Feel free to prepare home-cooked meals. During your stay you will have:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to local channels. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.
Roller blinds in the dining and living room is broken. We are in the process of having this fixed.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building’s BBQ Area, gym, pool, spa and sauna throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.
PARKING:
The residential garage can fit up to 1 car.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge
Your keys are in a lockbox at 7 Irving St, Phillip, about 200 metres from your apartment at 15 Irving St.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

The easiest way to go to the apartment from the city is riding the blue rapid bus from the city bus station. It stops just at the end of the street around the corner in Launceston street. Getting the bus to the city from Woden interchange is also easy.
Taking Uber is the easiest way to go to the apartment from the airport! :)
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
The Launceston Street bus layover and ancillary roadworks began last 12 June 2021, and they are still ongoing. This includes ROADWORKS in Bowes/Launceston Streets and Callam/Launceston Streets. Majority of the works will be undertaken during standard working hours M-Sat 6am to ^6pm. Some out of hours work will be done as well: M-F 11PM - 5AM, Sat 12AM - %AM. We expect these works will generate NOISE typical construction site, but constructors have advised they will endeavor to MINIMIZE noise impacts where possible.
