- NOTE: If you wish to bring a boat, it can be tied up alongside the dock
- NOTE: The lake is at a good, usable level from the beginning of May to the beginning of October, but the water level drops 20 feet during the winter months. When the lake level is down, there are stairs going down to the lake bed that still provide access to the water
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras: 1 doorbell camera is located on the front door facing the front outdoor entry, 1 camera is located on the right corner of the home facing the yard, 1 camera is located on the left corner of the home facing the front deck, 1 camera is located on the left corner of the home facing the lake, 1 camera is located on the garage facing the driveway, and 1 camera is located on the dock facing the boat lift. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion
