Delivering a masterclass in minimalist modern living, this apartment is
situated in a street in the 6th arrondissement long synonymous with
creative flair. This area of town was once the city’s hub for artistic
studios and this first-floor apartment certainly pays homage to that
proud legacy, understated in style yet alluring in its deft deployment
of space. Equidistant from Montparnasse and the Jardin du Luxembourg,
you’re also perfectly positioned to seek out some of Paris’ most
enduring attractions... LIVING AREA The delightfully minimalist
aesthetic makes an instant impression as you step into the capacious
open-plan living and dining area, abundant in natural light courtesy of
sweeping panoramic windows. The uncluttered approach expertly maximises
the impressive space inside, while an inviting L-shaped sofa and
flat-screen TV enshrine a sense of relaxation. KITCHEN Echoing the
harmonious mood of the living area with its whitewashed units, sleek
island and chic breakfast bar, the kitchen is fully equipped with all
key amenities. Talented chefs should note this apartment’s proximity to
the twice-weekly Marché Raspail, thought to be the largest organic
market in France. BEDROOMS A testament to intelligent modern design
with its deft use of light and wrap-around en-suite bathroom, the
principal suite offers a reposeful king-sized bed. However, it’s the
en-suite bathroom that truly brings the wow factor with its captivating
curves, cityscape views and voluminous wet-room shower. Cloud pendant
lights bring a celestial calm to the second bedroom, brilliantly white
with a double bed, desk and generous wardrobe. Ideal for young
children, the peaceful third bedroom offers a single bed and truckle
bed. BATHROOMS Terrazo tiles and accent lighting bring a soulful
ambience to the main family bathroom, home to a walk-in shower, double
wash basin and the washing machine and dryer. The apartment also has
two separate WCs, one next to the entrance and one in the hallway. WE
LOVE The mastery of minimalism that gives this exquisite apartment an
effortlessly spacious feel. **To rent this property, the minimum age
requirement is 25 years old.** Home truths: No smoking, pets or
parties. The apartment is equipped with a portable air-conditioning
unit, keep in mind an exhaust tube needs to be placed out the window,
leaving these slightly open during use. The fireplace in the living
area is purely decorative. Underfloor heating is available in the
principal suite. Both WCs are separate from the bathrooms. This
apartment is located on the first floor and has no lift access. When
