Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. There is also plenty of wardrobe and luggage space provided. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. The TV has access to all local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. There is also a 2-hour free parking at Edinburgh Avenue. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the pool and gym throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
