Your brand new, elegant apartment on Kingston Foreshore awaits. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and secure parking for 1 car under the building, you don’t need to look any further. You’ll enjoy all of the convenience of the restaurants and bars of the foreshore without any of the noise. Clean sheets and towels are provided. This is an excellent choice for somebody looking for a beautifully appointed quiet apartment metres from the water.
This is in a brand-new development in the nicest section of the Foreshore. It’s very quiet but minutes away from the restaurants and bars.
The bedrooms in the apartment each have their own bathroom and are separated by the living room - so no adjoining bedroom walls!
The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. TV has access to local channels.
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
Located in the Pier development on Kingston Island, this is a superb mixed-use building on the waterfront and has become one of Canberra’s most coveted locations. The Kingston Foreshore features waterfront cafes, restaurants and bars, along with a mix of art and cultural activities.
You can catch the bus (from Wentworth Ave) in the Kingston area. It will take approx 20 mins to reach the city by bus, 7 minutes by car/taxi/uber or around 50 minutes walking.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Strata Notice: (Weather Permitting: Works may extend without prior Notice)
External Painting Works:
Please be advised that external painting of the timber façade features will commence on Wednesday, 21 August 2025 at Building B (10 & 12 Trevillian Quay) and Building C (6 & 8 Trevillian Quay).
Works will take around two weeks (weather permitting) and involve cleaning, surface preparation, and timber finishing using an Elevated Work Platform (EWP). During this time, parts of the podium will be partially closed for safety. Please avoid these areas and follow all safety signage. Residents should also expect some minor noise and minor disturbances during the works.
Roof Works Project:
Please note that there will be a roof replacement works and a Bloc (builder) will be onsite over the coming days setting up exclusion zones per the original advice, and scaffold will begin to be erected from next week, weather permitting. Please expect potential noise and temporary access restrictions; dates may vary depending on weather conditions.
