Welcome to a neat 1-bed, 1-bath unit in the heart of Dickson, conveniently close to beloved Dickson Wetlands.
This spacious unit is fully insulated, north-facing, features double glazing throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay filled with natural light. With self-contained charm, we’re confident you’ll find this unit to be a delightful retreat in the vibrant Inner North.

This unit is located on the ground level.
BEDROOM:
Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN:
Please make use of the fully-equipped kitchen. During your stay you’ll have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- crockery and cutlery
- microwave
- cooktop
- oven
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
With access to high-speed WiFi, the living room also has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. TV has access to all local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washing machine and dryer are available as well as an iron and ironing board for guests to use. Note that the washing machine door is cracked due to wear and tear but the appliance is in good working condition.
COMMON AREA:
Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements on the premises at the time of your arrival.
PARKING:
The driveway parking can fit up to 1 car.
Park in the space in front of the water tank.
NB: Please do not park at the start of the driveway as you will block the tenants in the front.
GARDENING:
Gardening is scheduled every 4 weeks, weather permitting, and completed when the garden can be accessed without a key—always ensuring guest comfort and privacy.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
