Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Thank you for looking after this home and respecting the rules during your stay.
  • Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.
  • Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.
  • Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
  • No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
  • This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
  • Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
  • Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
  • Guests may be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required.
  • Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
  • Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
