Nestled in the heart of Ainslie, this inviting brand new 1- bedroom unit seamlessly blends tranquility with convenience. A mere stroll away, discover charming shops, trendy cafes, the inviting ambiance of Edgar’s pub, and the enchanting trails of Mount Ainslie.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It has access to local channels as well. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The driveway can fit up to 1 car. Additional curb parking on the nature strip.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Additionally, you’ll have quick access to a range of amenities, including a chemist, newsagency, hairdresser, medical facilities, bottle shop, and a delightful assortment of restaurants and bars - all just steps away from your front door!
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
