Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It has access to local channels as well. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The driveway can fit up to 1 car. Additional curb parking on the nature strip. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! - A leisurely stroll will take you to the bustling Ainslie Shops, where you can explore local shops and enjoy a charming shopping experience. - Within minutes, you can reach the heart of Canberra City, where cultural attractions, dining, and entertainment options await. - Nature enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to the Mt Ainslie bush walking trail, a serene escape into the great outdoors. This wonderful home is conveniently situated just a short walk (approximately 400 meters) from the vibrant Ainslie Shops, where you’ll find Canberra’s premier IGA supermarket. Indulge in its impressive selection of international cheeses and gourmet deli items. Additionally, you’ll have quick access to a range of amenities, including a chemist, newsagency, hairdresser, medical facilities, bottle shop, and a delightful assortment of restaurants and bars - all just steps away from your front door! Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
