Our spacious home features a modern kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a large HDTV, and four cozy bedrooms, including a first-floor bedroom with a full bathroom. Entertainment options abound with a full-size NBA Jam arcade game and an “old school” Nintendo preloaded with 620 games for up to four players! Guests will have access to the entire home, including the driveway for parking. Note that if you have a truck, it’s best to park on the street and be cautious of the fire hydrant with a sharp turn when backing out. Uber & Lyft are both available in this area. There is a ring doorbell on the back door that monitors and records video. Please be aware that NO parties or large gatherings are allowed. We are pet-friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. (No CATS allowed) Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. 🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund.
