Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- You must agree to uphold these rules.
- (1) While you are staying with us, please be mindful of your surroundings and those around you at all times. Whether in a public or private area, please keep noise (2) to a minimum especially during overnight hours.
- (3) No person shall use Fireworks on any occasion except for the following holidays: Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic holiday, Labour Day and New Years Eve. See (4) the Fireworks By-Law for details on hours and days permitted.
- (5) Please park responsibly, respecting designated parking areas and not blocking driveways or emergency routes.
- (6) Remember to clean up after your pets on the property and off, keep them on leashes where required, and try to prevent excessive noise and disturbances from barking.
- (7) Please clean up any waste or garbage around your area and before leaving any public spaces to allow for everyone to enjoy the views.
- (8) Always check for any local notices or restrictions in place at the time of your visit, such as fire bans.
