This stylish property is vacation central. Inside, you’ll be surrounded by panoramic views courtesy of the walls of windows in the living and dining areas. The living area features elegant, comfy couches and deck access as well as an HDTV. Just off from the living area is the dining area which includes a gorgeous table for 10. The kitchen is one for the books with its beautiful finishings, modern amenities, and essential kitchenware. There’s also a coffee bar and an additional sink in the kitchen area. The first bedroom is a thing of beauty with stunning fixtures and a king-size bed. The first bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and twin bed while the second bathroom features a shower/tub combo. There’s also a lovely bunk room with custom twin-over-full bunk beds as well as a large wall-mounted HDTV. There is also a washer and dryer available for guest use. Additional amenities to enjoy are a propane BBQ grill and outdoor dining bar-top overlooking the lake, easy lake access via walking trails, a lakeside campfire pit area, fishing, kayaking, and floating right off your own lakeshore, boat parking at the house, and so much more! Local attractions within minutes of Waterfront Grace include the Horseshoe and Whitewater Amphitheater. Tubing/ river outfitters, concerts, gas, groceries and much more are all nearby. It’s a short drive to New Braunfels where you’ll find, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Gruene Hall and Historic District, Wurstfest, and the Comal River tube chute. Local wineries and other Hill Country attractions abound within a short driving distance. *You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 11 guests and 3 vehicles, unless otherwise approved.
