The main level of this Canyon Lake stunner features an open-concept layout that includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The comfortable living room includes a plush couch, fireplace, and an HDTV. Multiple chefs in your group won’t be a problem as the kitchen is spacious and features everything you need for a great home-cooked meal. The dining area is just off the kitchen and includes a table for 6, with additional seating at the kitchen island. Off the main living and dining area is where you’ll find the half bathroom.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
