For a change of scenery, River Rose is the place for you! This 1,400 square foot home perfectly sleeps up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Enter the home where you’ll be surrounded by luxurious comfort courtesy of the decor. The living area features comfortable furnishings and cable HDTV while the fully-equipped and cute kitchen features modern amenities and all essential cookware and dinnerware needed for your stay. Close to the kitchen, you’ll find the dining table that comfortably seats 6.
After a day of enjoying the Hill Country, retire to the bedrooms that are designed for comfort. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed with a wall-mounted HDTV. The first full bathroom features plenty of vanity space and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a wall-mounted TV. The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed and attached bath with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom also includes a queen-size bed.

Walk on down towards the waterfront and enjoy the riverside seating area and perhaps catch a glimpse of a kayaker, fly fisherman, or local wildlife (yes, that includes the kids in your party) and prepare to join in the fun in the cool, refreshing waters of the Guadalupe! River Rose is ideally situated upstream from all the typical tubing crowds and entry/ exit points, so be prepared to spend your well-deserved vacation enjoying your peaceful outdoor retreat.
Additionally, you’re within 5 minutes of Whitewater Amphitheater, Texas’ best live outdoor music venue, as well as the conveniences of a local grocery store and other shops in the nearby village of Sattler. Canyon Lake, tube outfitters, and scenic Canyon Dam are also a short drive away and don’t forget about nearby New Braunfels - famous for Gruene Hall, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Wurstfest, and much more is a peaceful, easy drive from River Rose.
