Looking for your next riverfront getaway? Located on the banks of the Guadalupe River, Rio Vista is the perfect spot for your next Hill Country vacay. The 900 square foot home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
This newly remodeled home offers a modern, open-concept layout that you’ll love. The living area includes comfy modern couches with a queen sleeper sofa and a TV. Just behind the couches, you’ll find a unique dining table for 8 with the kitchen right behind that. The kitchen was designed with congregating in mind and includes all modern amenities, cooking and dining essentials, and a stacked washer and dryer in the corner.
The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed while the second bedroom features twin bunk beds and a full-size bed. And wait until you see the backyard! Outside you’ll find the shaded outdoor space, all shaded from the Texas heat and complete with outdoor seating, sink, shower, and barbecue grill. Follow the lawn space and access the cool waters of the Guadalupe River easily by way of the new stone staircase.
With all there is to do, see, and experience at Rio Vista (make time to relax while you’re at it!), don’t forget this home also puts you conveniently close to many other area points of interest, including Whitewater Amphitheater, Canyon Lake and Canyon Lake Dam, Downtown New Braunfels, and Gruene Historic District.

Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property.
