Located on the Guadalupe River portion of Lake Dunlap, this beautiful home hosts up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Twilight Point 1800 square feet and is surrounded by fellow river lovers so when you stay here, you’re in great company! What could make your stay better? How about a stunning home to relax in! Upon entering Twilight Point, you’ll be greeted by an open concept living and kitchen area. Just off to your right, you’ll find the living area which includes ample amounts of seating for your guests with a large sectional sofa. Need a reading spot while everyone is enjoying the river? There’s a comfortable, classic sofa chair perfect for cozying up with a good book. Need to catch up on some shows? Relax and unwind in front of the Smart TV located in the custom and wonderfully decorated entertainment center. To the left of the living area is where you’ll find a fully-stocked kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, cooking and dining essentials, a coffee maker, and tons of counter space. Through the perfectly lit kitchen, you’ll find the dining table that comfortably seats 6 and sits just in front of one of the entryways to the deck where you just may end up having your meals. Around the corner from the kitchen and dining area is where you’ll find the mudroom complete with a full washer and dryer, sink, and storage space for all of your river clothing. In the mudroom is where you’ll find the second entrance to the deck which, we think, just might become your favorite part of the house! Surrounded by tall, beautiful trees and stunning views, the deck is your gateway to the Guadalupe River. Enjoy a nice swim, play corn hole or BBQ and relax via the ample amounts of patio furniture and seating. When it’s time to get some rest following your day on the river, there are 3 bedrooms ready for you to retire to. The first door to the left in the living room is where you’ll find the master bedroom where the comforts of the home continue. Inside features a cozy red couch with a Smart TV mounted above it. A comfortable queen-sized bed fills out the room along with a tall dresser and 2 nightstands for additional storage space. The master bedroom also features a private bathroom complete with a stand-up shower, a large vanity with dual sinks and plenty of counter space, and a large tub. On the other side of the living room is where you’ll find the other 2 bedrooms and the 2nd full bathroom. The first bedroom to the right offers a full-sized bed, twin bunk beds, and a large closet for extra storage. Next door is where you’ll find the 3rd bedroom complete with 2 sets of twin beds: a twin bed combo and a futon/twin bed combo. Behind the 3rd door is where you’ll find the 2nd full bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo and full vanity. ​​​​​​​ Twilight Point has everything needed for an enjoyable Hill Country vacation, but its location is almost reason enough to stay here! The home puts you near all the action, conveniently located within a short drive of Whitewater Amphitheater, River Road Ice House, Gruene Hall, Schlitterbahn, Canyon Lake, the Comal River tube chute, downtown New Braunfels, Wurstfest, and much more! *You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 10 guests and 3 vehicles, strictly enforced.
