Looking for a spot for a large group? Look no further than Guadalupe River Getaway! This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests, with 3000 square feet of living space and over 140 feet of beautiful riverfront! Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with a fireplace, smart TV, and plush sectional sofa, while the home’s sliding glass doors make sure the river never leaves your sight. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking and dining essentials needed to prepare that perfect vacation meal. While the home is designed for friends and family to gather, the bedrooms allow for separation and privacy when needed. Downstairs is where you’ll find the master suite with a king-size bed, attached full bathroom, and deck access. The second downstairs bedroom features a king-size bed and twin bed. The third downstairs bedroom features a queen-size bed. Downstairs is where you’ll also find the second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fourth downstairs bedroom features two full/twin bunk beds. There is also access to the third full bathroom. Upstairs is where you’ll find the fifth bedroom which includes two full beds and one twin bed as well as the fourth full bathroom. There is also a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use. Outside is just as beautiful as the inside. The large back porch overlooks the huge lawn and river, or walk down to the riverside deck where you can take in one of the most beautiful areas of the Guadalupe River. You’ll also find a gas grill on the back patio. *You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 15 guests. We manage several nearby properties and often have staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but remember that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay. *No smoking or pets are allowed. *There is a limit of 5 vehicles unless otherwise approved.
