This modern newly built Villa Malusy is located in Rovanjska. The beautiful town of Rovanjska is located in a bay at the end of the Sub-Velebit canal, not far from Zadar. What gives this place its importance is its proximity to Velebit, which enriches this area with its parks, caves and paths for walkers and cyclists. If You stay here, You will have everything You need for pleasant stay – beautiful beaches, enchanting nature and vicinity of city bustle.
With beautiful sea view, the terrace in front of the villa will be the highlight of Your stay. The best part of the terrace is a big pool with sun beds and sun umbrellas. Next to the pool there is a covered lounge area with minibar, darts and gas grill. On the ground floor of the villa there are two bedrooms and one bathroom and on the first floor there is open plan living room and dining room with fully equipped kitchen, other two bedrooms and two batrhooms. All bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and air conditioning. With four king size beds, Villa Malusy can comfortably accommodate 8 persons.
