First Bedroom King Second Bedroom: Queen This 2-level 2bd/2ba condo is located on the Elkhorn Golf Course. On the second level is the living area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. There are high ceilings to bring in the light, accompanied by a nice breeze from the overhead fans. There is access to a deck with a table, four chairs, and a Weber grill. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the counter. The dining table seats 8. On the lower level are the 2 bedrooms. The master has a king bed, a 58-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a deck with 2 chairs to relax and enjoy the scenery. The ensuite bath has a single sink vanity and a shower only. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a 43-inch smart TV, and access to a hallway bath with a single sink vanity and combo shower/tub. There is a stack washer/dryer in this bathroom. One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting). Complex Features: Ridge Condominiums are located in upper Elkhorn Village. Access to a hot tub and sauna is included at the Elkhorn Clubhouse, just a quick walk away. The area offers a free shuttle that picks you up just across the street from the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort. Please note: This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
