Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,****PLEASE NOTE**** At year end 2024, we will no longer be offering a complimentary golf cart, but would be happy to recommend local companies to rent from!
- -Check in time is 4PM CST and Check out time is 10AM CST. Early check in and late checkout is not always possible, but we are able to accommodate on occasion. We do not allow luggage dropoff/leaving luggage after checkout for liability reasons. Please keep in mind before & after your stay is the only time we are able to perform maintenance & cleaning of the home and most stays are back to back with other reservations.
- -There is only parking to accommodate up to 2 vehicles, plus a golf cart. Street parking/blocking sidewalk/rightofway may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guest in violation.
- -No underage drinking or illegal activity.
- -Waiver must be completed by all drivers of the golf cart, no drivers under age 25 at any time.
- -All guests must vacate premises at checkout time (9am) or an additional nights rate & cleaning fee apply.
- -We do NOT host groups under 25 years of age.
- -If police or local authorities are called and eviction is the necessary result, the nightly rate will be applied depending on the issue. Any law enforcement calls may result in loss of entire security deposit, at owners discretion.
- -Community pool is used by registered guests only, during posted hours at pool. No pets permitted in the pool.
- -No trash or debris should be left around home or outdoors at any time. Please treat our home as your own.
- -Trash must be taken out on the specified days (Monday and Thursday AFTER 12PM ONLY for Tuesday & Friday pickup). Excess trash pickup if trash day is missed may result in additional fees. Trash cans must be brought in from the curb back to the home BEFORE 5PM or citation will apply from the City of Destin, to be paid by the booked guest during that time.
- -Do not rearrange furniture inside the home, take indoor items outside, or remove items from the home at any time.
- -We strongly recommend purchasing additional rental/travel insurance for your peace of mind if something were to alter your trip. Renter must promptly disclose any known or suspected issues with the home, and allow reasonable access within the same day to the home for resolution of issues. Any issues found after checkout that were not disclosed, tenants may be held accountable & could potentially be a charge of security deposit. Any house rules violated is subject to loss of security deposit.
- -No noise past 10pm local ordinance.
- -Any cleanup of bodily fluids of any kind in any location on the property (both indoors/outdoors) will result in loss of security deposit/additional cleaning & sanitation charges.
- -Parties and events are not permitted.
