Bedroom one - King Bedroom two - Two Twins or a King Bedroom three - Queen Sofa Sleeper This second-floor, fully renovated 3-bedroom/3.5 bath Wildflower condominium that sleeps up to 6 people is on the top floor of the building (no elevator) and boasts stunning views of Baldy Mountain, Dollar Mountain, and Sun Valley Lake. The large open living area features a vaulted ceiling, a large stone wood-burning fireplace (gas ignited), designer furnishings, and a 40-inch flat-screen smart TV. In this room, there are sliding doors to a private deck with Adirondack chairs ready for you to relax in and enjoy the peaceful and expansive ski mountain and lake view. This living area is larger than the standard Wildflower living area because there is a separate dining area. This Wildflower unit has a fully renovated and expanded kitchen that is much larger than other Wildflower kitchens. It has granite countertops and is equipped with stainless steel appliances (including a Sub-Zero refrigerator) and is fully outfitted with beautiful tabletop accessories. There is a breakfast bar with three barstools that opens into the large main living area. The separate dining area is just off the side of the kitchen. This area has a large round wood table with seating for 8 people under a beautiful chandelier. Just off of this dining area is a private porch, and stairs that lead down to a grassy area below the condominium. Bedroom one is upstairs and has a king bed, a 30-inch flat-screen TV with cable, a desk, a SoulCycle/Equinox stationary bike, ample closet space, a dual sink vanity, and a separate shower and large sunken tub. There is also an AC unit plugged into the wall in this bedroom. The main floor has bedrooms two and three, and both have ensuite bathrooms. The bedroom two has two twin beds that can be bridged into a king bed upon request. This bedroom has a private balcony that has a view of the Sun Valley tennis courts. There is a double sink vanity, a large shower in this room, and a 22-inch TV with cable. The bedroom three has a new Crate & Barrel queen sofa sleeper, a mounted 44-in smart TV, a single sink vanity, and a large shower. This bedroom has a desk and a private balcony with views of the Sun Valley tennis courts. Both of these rooms offer ample closet and dresser space. The downstairs also has a powder room just off the entry area that has a separate entrance from the bedrooms, and a full-size side-by-side LG washer and dryer. Also, in the lobby of the building, there is a ski locker for your use. The views from Wildflower 679 are spectacular, the renovations and the furnishings are high-end, and the living room, dining area, and kitchen are all larger than most other Wildflower units. Complex Features: The Wildflower Condominiums are located at the Sun Valley Village and are the condos closest to the resort pool, restaurants, and amenities. Dollar Mountain and the Sun Valley Pavilion are just a short distance away and are an easy walk on the paved bike path. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle. All Wildflower buildings have a shared laundry room available, and these condos offer impressive views of Bald Mountain. Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenity passes will be issued per reservation. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides.
