This third-floor penthouse has 2 bedrooms plus a mezzanine style loft, 3.5 bathrooms, and offers open living with high cathedral ceilings and great views of Bald Mountain. As you enter the condo there is an open foyer with a half bath at the end of the hallway. To the right as you enter, there are the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen bed with access to a deck with 2 chairs and eastern views. This bedroom has its own full-size bath with 2 vanity sinks and a shower tub combo. The second bedroom has 2 twins and access to a deck with 2 chairs and eastern views. This bedroom also has its own full-size bath with a single vanity sink and shower tub combo.
The main living area has high ceilings with great light, a gas fireplace, a 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable and access to a deck with a small table and chairs. There are great views of Bald Mountain and the surrounding area. The kitchen is open and large with 5 bar stools at the countertop. The separate dining area will seat up to 8 people and has access to a small deck. The loft area has a queen bed with a lounge chair, closet and a small dresser. There is a full-size bath with a single vanity sink and shower tub combo.
The unit has two ski lockers, generous storage, high-speed internet, and a shared washer/dryer in the building.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available for both winter (heated as a giant hot tub) and summer. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Property Manager cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.
Complex Features: The Wildflower Condominiums are located at the Sun Valley Village and are the condos closest to the resort pool, restaurants and amenities. Dollar Mountain and the Sun Valley Pavilion are just a short distance away and are an easy walk on the paved bike path. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle. All Wildflower buildings have a shared laundry room available and these condos offer impressive views of Bald Mountain.
Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
