First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - Queen Third Bedroom - Queen Den - Queen Futon TV Room - Two Twin Sofa Beds This 3-bedroom plus den and bonus room/2.5-bath home is 2,500 square feet and will sleep up to 10 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room and dining room. The dining table will comfortably seat eight. The spacious living room is open and has plenty of light with a gas log fireplace and a 40-inch smart TV with premium cable, plus wireless internet. There is a den adjacent to the entry foyer with a queen-sized futon bed and a stereo with a CD player. The bedrooms are all on the 2nd floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a ceiling fan, a 36-inch smart TV with cable, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom at the end of the hall has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, a flat panel TV, a ceiling fan, and southern views. This guest room has access to the full bath off the hallway. The third bedroom is opposite the master, has a Queen bed, a 36-inch flat panel TV with cable, and shares the full bath in the hall. There is a bonus room open to the stairway (no door), which has two twin sleeper sofas. There is a full-size laundry room as you enter the home from the garage (two compact vehicles only). Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting). Complex Features: The Yeager Home is located in a residential neighborhood in south Elkhorn, approximately 2-1/2 miles from downtown Ketchum and the River Run ski lifts. The Elkhorn Village Clubhouse is about a mile away by car or bicycle (along the Elkhorn Trails). Elkhorn Resort amenities include swimming pools (summer only), hot tubs, saunas, and tennis at both the Elkhorn Village and the Harker Center. Guests also have access to the semi-private Elkhorn Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones. The Mountain Rides bus route changes each season, but usually stops less than one block away during peak seasons and does not service the Juniper loop during off-seasons. The bus will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort. Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
