This top-of-the-line luxury 4bd/4ba condo is located in Ketchum with spectacular views. Located on the third floor of the complex (elevator access) is all one level with high ceilings and an ample amount of living space. The living area is an open plan with high ceilings and great Mt views. There is a 75-inch flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen is very spacious with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with a 4 burner gas stove. There are 3 bar stools at the counter top and the dining table seats 6. Off the dining area, there is access to a small deck with Northern views. There is another larger deck off the living room and fourth bedroom.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
