Just a few blocks away from Bald Mountain ski lifts, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium is comfy, cozy, and all that you’ll need for a perfect vacation. This condo is nearly 1500 square feet and is conveniently all on one level with an elevator from the parking garage to the second-floor entry. The property features a ductless mini-split air conditioner to keep you cool on hot summer days.
The living area is open and offers a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and views of the mountains. There is a small deck off the living area with a gas grill and a table with 2 chairs. The fully stocked kitchen is spacious with stainless steel appliances and 3 bar stools at the countertop. The dining area is open to the living room, and the table seats 6. The master bedroom off the living area has a King bed, a 36-inch flatscreen TV, and access to the same deck off the living room. The master bath has dual vanity sinks, a sunken jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.
The second and third bedrooms are near the entry of the condo. The second room features a Queen bed and provides access to a full-size hallway bath with a single vanity and a shower/tub combination for bathing. The third bedroom is to the right as you enter the condo, with a twin over queen bunk bed. This bedroom has access to the hallway bath. There is a laundry room next to the hallway bath with a stack washer/dryer.
Complex Features: The complex offers an elevator, a personal large ski/bike locker, and underground heated parking, with one assigned parking space. The bus stop is located right across from the complex on 2nd Ave and is only a one-minute ride to the River Run ski lodge on Bald Mountain.
Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
