This ground-level, corner condominium provides plenty of sleeping space and is close to the Warm Springs lifts. Please note that this home does not allow any pets. This is a non-smoking home.
The living room has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable, a wood-burning fireplace, and access to the deck area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the deck. The master bath has two sink areas and tub/shower combo and heated floors. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite full-size bathroom with heated floors. The third bedroom has a King-size bed and an en suite full-size bathroom and heated floors. The dining table seats five and the breakfast bar has seats for two. The fully stocked kitchen also has heated floors. There is a nice deck accessed by either the living room or the master bedroom and views of the Warm Springs...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Rental contract must be signed prior to check in.
- Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 7 am
- No Parties or Events. No Smoking. No Pets.
