This Villager condo is one of the closest to the Sun Valley Lodge. As you enter the property there is a nice large deck with deck chairs for relaxing. On the main level is the living area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV with streaming/cable and a gas fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen has 2 types of coffee makers regular and Keurig. The dining room table seats eight. There is a bedroom on this level that is a "second master" with a bed that can be set up as a king or as two twins. Please specify at the time of rental. This room has a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable and an en suite bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower only.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
