This 2-bedroom plus loft/3-bath condo offers clean basic accommodations with simple furnishings. This is one of the largest Prospectors available, with 1,900 square feet and room for 6 guests. It is located next to one of the complex hot tubs and is just a short walk across the creek to the tennis and swimming facility during the summer. The large great room windows and high ceilings create a bright, airy feeling.
Entering on the ground level, guests will find a large sunken living room with a vaulted ceiling, a gas fireplace, and a 26-inch flat-screen TV with cable. The dining table seats six. A round breakfast/card table for four is situated near the windows with Bald Mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite counters. Please note, this unit does not have A/C.
The master bedroom, which is also located on the main floor level, has a king bed, an 18-inch flat-screen TV, and a full en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and tub/shower combo. Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom that can be set up as two twin beds or a king bed and has Mt Views, a full en-suite bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combination. Also on this level is the loft bedroom that can be set up as two twin beds or a king bed and has Mt views and a full en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The loft is open to the living room below.
There is a ski closet next to the front door. There is free outdoor parking in front of the unit and a coin-operated laundry in the complex. PARKING IS LIMITED TO 1 VEHICLE. Campers, RVs, and trailers are not allowed. Per the HOA, no pets are allowed for vacation rental guests. This property has a 30-night minimum stay during ski season.
Complex Features: Prospector Condominiums provide a great location for both winter and summer activities. Located on Warm Springs Creek just off Skiway Drive, the Prospector complex is within walking distance of Warm Springs lifts on Bald Mountain. The Prospectors offer three on-site hot tubs, and in the summer there is an outdoor swimming pool (July and August Only) and private tennis courts. There is a free shuttle that picks up about a block away from the condo which will transport you to the ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley Resort.
Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
