The living area has a beautiful gas fireplace, a 32-inch smart TV with streaming, and a Queen sofa sleeper with a new memory foam mattress. The coffee table top lifts and games are stored inside, and the bookshelves are stocked with wonderful reads. Deck access off the living room has a table and four chairs plus a bench for outdoor relaxing while taking in the incredible views- even Dollar fireworks during the holidays! The fully-stocked kitchen has a gas stove and a large pantry, and the adjacent dining room table seats 8. Warm, adjustable lighting creates a beautiful ambiance for cooking and meals together. The master bedroom has a King bed, a 48-inch smart TV with streaming, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to a full-size hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. And bonus: there is a new, full-size washer/dryer in the hallway closet. Complex Features: The Bluff complex is located on a bluff in upper Elkhorn, with mountain views. Access to the best summer pool in Elkhorn, a year-round hot tub, and sauna is on site (25 steps from the condo!). Guests also have access to the Elkhorn Clubhouse at the Harker Center, and all Elkhorn amenities (including the Harker Center amenities). The area offers a free bus shuttle that picks you up just across the main street from the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting). Please Note: NO PETS ALLOWED. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
