Access to patio with gas grill and yard are both accessible from the dining and living areas. The primary bedroom has a King bed, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, and Mt views. The master bath has 2 separate sinks, a sunken jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a double-sized bunk bed, a 27-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a full-size bath with shower/tub combo and single vanity. There is a half bath in the hallway leading to the two bedrooms on this level. On the lower level of this townhome is the third bedroom. This room has a Queen-sized bed, a 31-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a full-size bath with shower/tub combo and single vanity. The full-size laundry room with a washer/dryer is down the hall from this bedroom. The garage has parking space for one car and a 50 Amp Tesla charger which should charge 40+ miles per hour Complex Features: This townhome is located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, swimming, and the entertainment of the Elkhorn Resort are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Guests of this home have access to the pool, sauna, and hot tub at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting). Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
