Set on the first floor of a residential building that evokes the very
essence of Paris, this three-bedroom apartment in the 12th
arrondissement offers the best of both worlds: relax into a space that
feels like home while being a stone’s throw from the flowing Seine in
one direction and Place de la Bastille in the other. With high ceilings
and matching windows, watch the morning sun illuminate this distinct
and distinguished Parisian abode. LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA The
beating heart of the apartment, this space offers charm, character and
comfort. The conjoined living and lounge areas drink in the sun from
large windows, shedding light on the refined décor: a neutral colour
palette gives way to tasteful sculpture and a slew of bookshelves. The
dining space is more refined still, offering a table for four in a
stripped back atmosphere that mirrors the kitchen. KITCHEN The clay
tones of terra cotta define this room, making for an open and welcoming
workstation for budding chefs. Fitted with modern amenities, you won’t
have any trouble cooking up a ratatouille in here. BEDROOMS The
principal bedroom presents its occupants with an atmosphere that
mirrors the living area: décor with Indian and Asian influences, all
drenched in light from the large windows. The second bedroom features a
pull-out double sofa and desk, providing versatility for those needing
a quiet place to relax or work. A third room with a single bed, doubles
as a functional workspace, with two additional desks set below shelves
laden with books. BATHROOM This bathroom is special: transport yourself
to North Africa for a moment with beautifully crafted Tunisian tiles
adorning the walls in blue and yellow. Complete with a walk-in shower
and double vanity, this space offers the best in form and function. WE

of art styles, making you feel like you’re sitting in one of Paris’
celebrated museums. **To rent this property, the minimum age
