It contains all the symbols of traditional Parisian décor – herringbone parquet flooring, intricate ceiling moulding, ornate vintage mirrors and armchairs – while also boasting more modern furnishings, like an amorphous glass coffee table and a contemporary leather sofa. Walk through the adjoining square archway to find yourself in the formal dining room, another impressive space offering elegant décor. The large dining table in the centre is illuminated by a crystal chandelier and can comfortably seat six.
KITCHEN

A queen-sized bed reposes here, next to a storage unit with floor-to-ceiling shelves, drawers and cupboards. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, as well as a piano and a desk.
BATHROOMS
The primary bathroom is very spacious, offering a huge jacuzzi bath with a shower head attachment and double wash basin. The second bathroom has a decidedly nautical theme, painted blue and featuring ship imagery. This room features a shower, a toilet and a double wash basin.

No smoking, pets or parties. Please note this home is equipped with cameras connected to a home security system. Please note, the washer-dryer is a combined unit. The apartment is equipped with fans as well as one portable air-conditionning unit, keep in mind an exhaust tube needs to be placed out the window, leaving these slightly open during use. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and can be accessed by a lift.
