Arguably Paris’ most prestigious and desirable neighbourhood, the 7th
arrondissement is synonymous with elegance, poise and luxury. Located
in the heart of the Invalides district, this four-bedroom apartment is
the perfect microcosm of the 7th: tastefully modern décor, a gigantic,
airy living space, and a view of the Eiffel Tower combine to project
true French refinement. LIVING ROOM ‘Spacious’ is the first word that
comes to mind when walking into this room – but it doesn’t take long
until ‘sophisticated’ and ‘spectacular’ follow. Sophistication is
exuded through its tasteful, modern furnishings, typified with its two
luxuriant curved sofas, as well as the neutral-coloured walls that make
the art and décor pop. Look out the giant windows and behold the
spectacular: the Eiffel Tower amongst the rooftops of the 7th
arrondissement, a constant reminder that this home’s location is simply
unbeatable. DINING ROOM A large, dedicated formal dining room is
another hallmark of this home’s splendour. A spacious dining table sits
on beautiful chevron parquet flooring in the middle of the room,
flanked on one side by a fireplace and on the other by twin
floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. KITCHEN The kitchen is a practical
enclave on the opposite side of the home. Kitted out with modern white
fixings with a splash of blue on the windows, this space has all the
amenities you’ll need to serve a banquet in the formal dining room.
BEDROOMS The principal bedroom continues the dual theme of sleek and
spacious: centred on a plush king-sized bed under an inset shelf,
elegant simplicity is achieved with sparse but tasteful furniture. It’s
lit up spectacularly by a full-height window spanning the entire back
wall. The second bedroom features a double bed and offers hint of
playfulness with splashes of colour on the walls and décor. The third
bedroom is simpler, also featuring a double bed, an elliptical machine
and a small desk. The final bedroom doubles as a sitting room,
featuring a sofa bed and a small desk. BATHROOMS The primary bathroom
is another sophisticated room, with luxurious neutral-coloured tiles
adorning its walls and floors. This room features a huge walk-in shower
and double wash basin. Bedrooms two and three share another bathroom,
bedecked in sky blue tiling and offering a bath and double wash basin.
The fourth bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with a shower and wash
basin. Two separate WCs can be found in this home, both featuring a
toilet and wash basin. WE LOVE You can’t beat this fabulous living
room: airy, light-filled and boasting an iconic vista of the Eiffel
Tower. Home truths: No smoking, pets or parties. The apartment is on
the fifth floor and can be accessed by a lift. Although we always
endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing
photography and description do not provide an exact representation of
the home’s amenities. Please note, Property Manager homes are lived-in homes,
which we think adds to their charm! Guests should, however, expect to
find homeowner belongings and personal items within the property.
