Tulum is a town in the middle of the jungle, please consider that sometimes the power can have outages which could affect the wifi signal or services like water. Also, the mobile signal can be limited in some areas.
Our place includes a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, a convenient sofa bed in the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Relax on your private balcony, take a dip in the shared pool, or challenge friends on the tennis court.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Smoking only in the balcony. No parties or guests. Do not move, remove, or change furniture, pictures, wall hangings or other decoration items. You are responsible for cleaning up after each use of the bathroom and kitchen, and for leaving everything tidy and in a sanitary condition. Respect the neighbours. No loud music or noise after 10PM. ($300 usd fine charged by the building managers) Building management expects to find common areas clean as found. No drugs. Remember to turn off the air conditioner when you are not home. You have 10kw per night included, extra kw cost is $6 pesos.
