You will find a second home in this modern house in Ses Salines, close to Es Trenc and Sa Rapita in the south of Mallorca. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The house is situated in an idyllic rural setting, surrounded by forest and offers total privacy, as it has no direct neighbors. The private chlorine pool has dimensions of 10 m x 4.5 m and a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 2.10 m. You can relax sunbathing on one of the six loungers, take a dip in the pool or cool off in the outdoor shower. The pool area is decorated with stylish and colorful boxes, that serve as a side table for your drinks. Two furnished terraces offer a fresh and pleasant space for a barbecue or for a delicious breakfast. At night, the pool is lit so you can swim under the starry sky, whta is a very romantic experience. The plot of 40,000 m2 is fenced and offers plenty of space for children to play, run and enjoy the nature. Accommodation Interior: The house interior features bright and fresh colors, creating a lively atmosphere. The living room is equipped with AC and satellite TV, and it is thoughtfully decorated with design elements, including unique saloon lamps. The open kitchen, fitted with a vitro stove, has all the essentials for your stay, including two electric coffee makers—a Nespresso and a Melita—for coffee enthusiasts. The laundry facilities, located on the terrace, include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The ground floor houses a bedroom with a double bed, AC, and a wardrobe. The wooden bedside tables complement the parquet flooring and wooden ceiling beams, creating a warm and restful space. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and AC, and the other with two single beds. Both rooms are cozily decorated and equipped with a wardrobe and a fan. All bedrooms have windows with views of the countryside or garden. The bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs, both feature showers and warm wooden accents. A cot and high chair are available for guests with children. The house is sustainably powered by solar panels. For winter, there are two pellet stoves—one on each floor—to keep the house warm. The beautiful south-east of Mallorca is a unique piece of the island, characterized by sandy beaches, beautiful landscapes and the white mountains of salt in Las Salinas. The most prominent beach is Es Trenc, a natural area of several kilometers. Nature is the protagonist in this beautiful area and the Mediterranean waters shine in infinite shades of blue. Going more east, there is a natural park of Mondragó and a different coves, such as S’Almonia is, Caló des Moro, Cala Figuera, Cala Llombards and Portopetro. **Important Information:** - Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00. - The fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi is nearby, perfect for enjoying fresh seafood or taking a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera. In Campos or Ses Salines, you’ll find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, and more. Market days in Campos are on Thursdays and Saturdays. - Please consult the advertiser for any potential charges. - Pets up to 5kg are welcome. - Hosting events is prohibited. - Exterior parking is available for 4 cars. - The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash at check-in. The rate ranges from 0.55€/night per guest during the low season to 2.2€/night per guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
