Chi a Gres is our coastal “home away from home”. An exceptional 3-bedroom seaside home, situated in the Cornish town of Mount Hawke, only a 5-minute journey to one of Cornwall’s most popular surfing beaches; the wonderful Blue Flag Porthtowan beach. Cuddled by soft golden sand, large sweeping dunes, and dramatic cliffs, you could spend the day making memories in the sunshine or take in the breath-taking views along the trail paths.
Chi a Gris is only 8 miles from Truro; a cathedral city offering an array of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants to suit everybody’s requirements. There is plenty more to explore such as Daubuz Moors; a haven of glorious wildlife to enhance your stay.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
