Located in the heart of Loughborough our two-bedroom duplex apartment is a great base for exploring all that the town has to offer.
The train station is a short walk away and there are regular transport links to the university making the location perfect for those visiting the area for leisure or for those looking for a place to stay and work.
Based opposite the BAXTER GATE development with a range of bars, restaurants and a Cineworld cinema there’s plenty to see and do on your doorstep.
Sleeping up to 4 guests our newly redecorated duplex apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1x double and 1x twin room both with luxury bedding and towels provided. There is also a bright modern shower room on the first floor.
The second floor has an open plan living, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen making the apartment perfect for both long and short term stays.

Loughborough is a market town in the Charnwood Borough of Leicestershire. Loughborough Market takes place in the town centre, on Market Place, every Thursday and Saturday. There is lots to do in Loughborough, with a number of high street shops, cafés and restaurants to discover during your stay. You may also wish to take a ride on the Great Central Railway, the UK’s only main line heritage railway, which runs through Loughborough most weekends. If you’re looking to discover more about Loughborough’s unique heritage whilst staying in the area, the Discover Loughborough Heritage Trail allows you to explore the town and learn about its history through augmented reality, providing a fun and unique learning experience for the whole family. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
