The living areas open onto a large deck, making it an ideal place to entertain or simply relax and enjoy the sea breeze. The home comprises of two bedrooms upstairs, both featuring curved ceilings and built-in robes, with the main bedroom having an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, there are a further two bedrooms, along with an additional bathroom and laundry. Bedroom 2 has a super king bed that can be set up as two king singles if required, please advise our bookings team if this is required The property boasts a fabulous cinema room on the ground floor, perfect for a family movie night. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, and plenty of cooking items, or the deck is a great place to enjoy an afternoon barbeque. Wifi is provided, and there is a built-in charging station/power station to the kitchen bench with USB connections to allow you to play music while cooking. There is ample parking space available for both your car and boat, with a boat ramp conveniently located just down the road.
