Sleeping up to seven people, this two-storey home’s upmarket location is exquisitely embellished by its impeccable connections with the Arc de Triomphe and picturesque Parc Monceau within each reach of this most peaceful of neighbourhoods...
LIVING ROOM
An illuminating space vaunting free-flowing proportions and immense natural light, guests are invited to embrace the bright side. With crisp whites and pale wood floors, the home’s canvas works perfectly with the owner’s period furniture and eclectic furnishings. Clearly a bibliophile, their love of literature plays a central part with a home library to inspire guests’ next read and exotic bamboo plants to transport your imagination far away. In warmer seasons, French doors can be opened fully to the adjacent balcony where quintessential sounds of the Parisian street below provide the perfect soundtrack.
DINING ROOM
Clever architecture allows discreet zoning of spaces where an arched doorway provides access to the breathtaking dining room. With an eye for design, muted pastels and those crisp whites elevate the space for dining. Once again, French doors provide direct entry to the apartment’s balcony should al fresco dining beckon.
KITCHEN
Down the entrance hall, a pleasing kitchen contrasts with the main interior aesthetic where sultry dark hues provide an air of sophistication. Compact yet fitted with all main appliances, the galley-style kitchen has all you need and more to stir up some culinary masterpieces.
PRINCIPAL BEDROOM
Located on the ground floor, the spacious principal bedroom embraces simplicity with beautiful natural light defining its allure. Featuring a large double bed and a TV, it’s a wonderful spot to welcome the new day.
ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS
Located on the top floor and accessed by a striking spiral staircase, the additional four bedrooms offer fantastic sleeping space, including one double bedroom and three single bedrooms. Sloped ceilings add a sense of intimacy with all providing brilliant top-floor views of typical Parisian rooftops. Two of the bedrooms feature a desk, ideal for any remote workers or study bees.
BATHROOMS
The home features two contemporary bathrooms which clearly took inspiration from the chic kitchen. Grey tiling against sleek white basins, cabinetry and walls work to sublime effect with one of the bathrooms featuring an indulgent bathtub when wellness calls.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Oooh la la, check out that balcony. Running the entire length of the home, it’s a defining feature that will undoubtedly provide guests with that Parisian living experience.
