Dramatically vibrant and refreshingly daring, this two-bedroom
apartment uses its bold design aesthetic to launch it to greater
heights. Located in the 8th arrondissement near the junction where
three others meet, it’s also incredibly well-connected – with no fewer
than four Metro lines less than ten minutes away, you’ll be connected
to the far reaches of Paris with ease. LIVING ROOM This room is a
veritable cascade of colour – the perfect space in which to showcase
this home’s eclectic style. From the vivid, provocative paintings and
amorphous sculptures to the sofa, armchairs and rug all sporting
disparate shades of blue, the maximalism is out in full force. When
you’ve finished marvelling at the avant-garde décor, curl up on the
sofa after a busy day of sightseeing and watch your favourite flick on
the TV opposite. KITCHEN With its charming tiling, plentiful natural
light and undeniable quaint character, the kitchen is everything you
need it to be. Boasting a suite of all the necessary amenities, it also
works perfectly as a casual dining space with a breakfast table for
two. BEDROOMS A gorgeous, extendible antique desk serves as the
highlight in the spacious principal bedroom. Opposite, a double bed
sits in the sun streaming in from the nearby window, ready to receive a
weary traveller after a long day of walking. Walk through an adjoining
door to find the second bedroom, where a double bed, desk and large
mirrored wardrobe await. BATHROOM A modern, fully integrated tiled
space, the bathroom features an expansive walk-in shower with a
luxurious rainfall shower attachment for ultimate comfort. The
apartment also offers a separate WC for convenience. WE LOVE We have
two loves: the unapologetically bold décor, especially in the living
room; and the exceptionally well-connected location near the meeting
points of four arrondissements. **To rent this property, the minimum
age requirement is 25 years old.** Home truths: No smoking, pets or
parties. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and can be
accessed by a lift. Please note, Bedroom 2 is only accessible via the
principal bedroom. The curtains in the apartment are not blackout
curtains. The washing machine is located in the kitchen. A parking
space is available on request. Although we always endeavour for
accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and
description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s
amenities. Please note, Property Manager homes are lived-in homes, which we think
adds to their charm! Guests should, however, expect to find homeowner
belongings and personal items within the property.
