Best of all, it’s located less than a half mile walk to the beach! Its prime location ensures that the best of Seabrook is always within reach, offering a unique blend of leisure and adventure.
This dog-friendly haven, complete with a fully-fenced yard, invites you and your furry companion to enjoy a stress-free getaway. The backyard’s stand-out feature is the hot tub, offering an oasis for unwinding under the stars. On the opposite side of the house, the covered front porch faces a conservation area and allows for soaking in the beautiful scenery with good company to the gentle roar of the ocean in the background.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Beach Therapy has an occupancy maximum of 4 guests and 2 dogs. Additional dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Beach Therapy. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
