Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

To arrive, you pass right through the town of San Pancho and drive along a winding cobble stone road through the jungle to arrive to a place of pure peace and tranquillity.

- This villa is one of four identical homes in an exclusive jungle enclave. Rent together for larger groups of a maximum of 32 guests.
- Please note that the photos are representative, and the villa you are allocated, and its views, may not be exactly the same as the photos.
- In-villa dining service is available for all meals ($) and is prepared in an industrial kitchen to be served in the villas like room service (not prepared using villa kitchen). Guests are welcome to cook for themselves but no external catering services permitted.
