A tenth-floor view of the rooftops of the 16th arrondissement with the gleaming Eiffel Tower taking centre stage – this is just one of the things you can look forward to at this stunning one-bedroom home. Combined with the open and inviting interior and the stellar location close to Parc des Princes and Stade Roland-Garros, this apartment is overflowing with assets.
LIVING ROOM
The highlight of the warm, alluring living space - aside from the brightness from the large glass doors - is the beautiful boucle furnishings: a sofa (which can be converted to a double bed) and two armchairs face each other and offer supreme comfort in the sun. Nearby, a quaint antique desk sits next to a shelf filled with books, while a TV, resting on a shelf opposite the sofa, promises casual entertainment after a day of sightseeing.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Like the living room, the kitchen benefits greatly from a window providing a view of the incredible cityscape beyond – enjoy a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower while washing your hands at the sink. Spacious and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, it sits opposite a large oval breakfast bar surrounded by stools – perfect for both casual and formal dining.
BALCONY
For a closer look at the outstanding vista, venture out to the balcony, which hosts an intimate outdoor table for two and some potted greenery. Extending to the bedroom, there’s plenty of room out here to enjoy the sun.
BEDROOM
The bedroom is serene and clean in a neutral white, punctuated with splashes of colour here and there. Deep red velvet chairs provides a hint of dynamism, and an antique sideboard offers even more character. Centred by the queen-sized bed facing a wall-mounted TV, you can’t help but feel relaxed as soon as you enter this room.
BATHROOM
The en-suite bathroom offers even more vibrant hues, adding colourful depth to the home: yellow lines run along the length of the room, dissecting the otherwise white tiles, and yellow-painted pipes continue the motif. In here you’ll find a bath with overhead shower and a wash basin, while a WC is housed near the apartment’s entry.
WE LOVE
The incredible view from the spacious balcony – at night, marvel at Paris’ electric beauty and behold the glimmering lights of the Eiffel Tower.
