Situated in the serene neighbourhood of Auteuil – the birthplace of
Marcel Proust no less – this relaxing abode is a stone’s throw from
some of the city’s leading sporting venues including Roland-Garros and
the Auteuil Hippodrome... LIVING & DINING AREA Rustic exposed beams and
a voluminous bookshelf instantly enshrine an atmosphere of relaxation
in the open-plan living area, expertly set up for quiet nights in with
its plush velvet sofa, coffee table and TV. Adjacent to this space, the
traditional wood dining table offers space for up to six guests.
KITCHEN At one with the wider living area and characterful with its
arched walls and vintage travel wall art, the kitchen is equipped with
all key amenities and boasts a small breakfast bar. BEDROOMS Situated
on the ground floor, the spacious principal suite showcases this
apartment’s traditional features within a modern-day context with its
contemporary furniture, generous storage and plush double bed. Accessed
via a striking Art Deco circular staircase, the second bedroom sits on
the mezzanine level. Teeming with period charm, this room boasts a
double bed, desk and chest of drawers. BATHROOMS Accentuated by touches
of Art Deco styling, the spacious bathroom is accessed through the
principal bedroom and comprises a freestanding roll-top bath and double
wash basin. A separate WC can also be found in the apartment. WE LOVE
The eclectic styling that abounds throughout with a special mention for
that dash of Art Deco design that leads you to the mezzanine bedroom.

Home truths: No smoking, pets or parties! A cat is one of the family
members who usually lives here. Although every property is cleaned to a
Property Manager standard, please note this property may not be the best fit for
those with allergies. Air conditioning is available in the living room
and principal bedroom on the ground floor. Please be aware, there are
no curtains on the glass door of the bathroom and the mezzanine bedroom
has no blackout curtains or door should privacy be a concern. There is
also no CO detector or washing machine in the property. The WC is
separate from the bathroom. The apartment is located on the fifth floor
with lift access to the fourth floor. Although we always endeavour for
accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and
description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s
amenities.When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill
in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and
booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official
photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you
