Nerano Bay: Just a short drive away, Nerano Bay is a beautiful coastal spot known for its crystal-clear waters, ideal for swimming and enjoying the local seaside ambiance. Positano: Approximately 15 kilometers to the southwest, Positano is a picturesque town famous for its boutique shops, fine dining, and stunning views. Sorrento: Situated about 10 kilometers away, Sorrento provides vibrant markets, historical sites, and ferry connections to Capri and Amalfi, perfect for day trips. Arrival and Check-In Information Check-in time: Between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. If you anticipate a delayed arrival, please let us know in advance to arrange late check-in (extra fees may apply). Check-out time: By 10:00 am. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability, with an additional fee.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
